Badge of the 2nd OPK Fighter Aviation Regiment issued on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the regiment, which was stationed in Goleniów in 1974. The maker of this badge was an engraver Alfons Kołodziejczyk from Cracow. Fasteners in the form of threaded posts with nuts were also functional. The badge had a corresponding card confirming its award. The jubilee badge was awarded by the commander of the 2nd Regiment.
