Complete in original edition, with a name dedication by Count Emeric Hutten-Czapski on the title page of the first volume. Dedication dated 1872 to Michal Zieleniewski, whose ownership stamps are on volumes 1, 2 and 3 (the last two volumes already without ownership entries, but from the same library).
Volumes I and II with colored title pages and numbered, the other volumes in a version without a colored title page (Volume V. was most likely only issued in such a version). The first two volumes numbered, Nos. 305 and 45.
All volumes in uniform format; exterior ~288 x 240 mm, block formats ~278 x 220 mm
Contemporary binding, good quality linen and new linen covers. Other than that, fully preserved original condition.
Despite the contemporary binding, a very attractive bibliophilic piece - due to the name dedication of the distinguished author.
Preservation condition of the block of volume one without remarks. In volume two a small part of the pages at the bottom with a slight dampstain, but basically only ruffled; pencil annotations at some items. Volume III with quite pronounced dampstaining / soaking running from the bottom, including on some of the pages a small mushrooming formed at the bottom of the pages. Volumes IV and V - states of preservation beautiful, no remarks.
