Complete original from 1845, in a tattered but very interesting period binding.
Half leather binding, combination with linen. On the spine, instead of the author's name, Zagorski, the name of the publisher's sponsor, Baron Edward Rastawiecki, was placed, probably because it was printed in a larger font on the title page.
Binding in need of professional restoration, as the covers of both volumes separated from the spine, but preserved completely. Worth saving and preserving, especially because of the originality of the spine description.
Inside the text volume interesting additions in the form of large pages carefully written in handwriting with inscriptions and annotations with numismatic content (a total of 6 such pieces).
Interiors preserved completely, but both volumes with traces of soaking. In the texts visible in the form of only the edges of the dampstains, and not strong. Worse in the volume of plates, where small fungal efflorescence is visible in places.
Tables with provenance of Zielinski library, on the title page of the Texts the stamp of Lukaszewicz from Lviv (antiquarian?).
Despite its flaws in the state of preservation, this is a piece with restoration potential.
