A distinctive type with a depiction of St. Adalbert's head in a square reliquary. According to Professor Suchodolski, the choice of this patron was a manifestation that it was the saint himself who sanctioned the seizure of power.
A variation with the saint's name written clockwise and the prince's name reversed.
Obverse: the prince on a throne, in front, with a sword in his lap. In the rim: BOL-E-Z-L-AVS**.
Reverse: reliquary with head in front. In the rim: S.ADALBERIVS
