Coin with a trace of a pendant and most likely a repair of the pendant started but not completed. In place of the pendant a piece of gold, but unworked and unfinished.
Scratches in front of the portrait, otherwise good condition. Relief not rubbed off heavily by circulation, and the surface is natural, with no spun or worn marks.
