Gold baptismal medals from the 19th century are among the great rarities of numismatics of the partition period. This one, however, besides the metal from which it was made, impresses with its history.
It is a medal made for Maria Wladyslawa Kronenberg - granddaughter of the founder of the Commercial Bank (Leopold Stanislaw Kronenberg), daughter of a Polish banker and industrialist (Stanislaw Leopold Kronenberg).
